Jewish mystic Yitzhak Schlomi leads the participants through the concepts and practices of automatic writing. Using techniques of Jewish mysticism, Yitzhak leads the participants to interactively work to awaken your own living spirits and express the current state of your spiritual self.

Prior experience in meditation is not necessary, but useful. Jewish mysticism suggests there is constant atmosphere of living spirit permeating everywhere. Yitzhak will guide you to tapping into this permeating spirit and communicating with it using automatic writing, a process of meditating to feel the spirit, and using a pen and paper, to express this feeling.

Please bring an artist's sketch pad and a soft pencil or felt tip pen. The sketch pad could be a 9 x 12” pad or larger. In a pinch, you could use printer paper and a hard backing like a clipboard.
